We employ the tube-to-tube technique, representing the pinnacle of craftsmanship, to produce 100% custom-made, one-of-a-kind frames. Your bike will be the only one in the world.

As no two cyclists are alike, each frame is meticulously hand-laid on the mask, with precise calculations for tube length and angle. The tubes are skillfully bonded and wrapped, resulting in an unmatched fusion of comfort, performance, and Italian style.

In the final stage, our road bikes are transformed into exquisite pieces of art. Hand-painted in Italy with the finest-quality paints, these bikes are unlike anything you’ve ever seen. It’s akin to comparing a poster to a masterfully crafted oil painting. The glossy finish radiates depth and shine, while the matte delivers a crisp, flawless elegance, setting Formigli bikes apart as true works of art in the cycling world.

Before we ship your bike or you come to the shop for delivery, Mr. Formigli conducts a thorough quality check, ensuring that every technical and aesthetic aspect has been crafted to perfection. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we guarantee precision in every aspect of your bike’s construction. We have three options to begin the build process:

1. Visit our shop in Florence, Italy for a personal, immersive experience. Renzo will personally take your measurements and harness his years of experience to interpret them into the ultimate frame that complements your body, reflects your unique style, and enhances your riding in every way.

2. Take your measurements following our video and guide below. Renzo will design the perfect frame tailored to your body, style, and unique riding preferences bringing your vision to reality.

3. Optional: Working With Your Biomechanic

   For riders who prefer to work with a trusted biomechanic, we are happy to collaborate. After you choose your Formigli frame model, we will provide a frame design sheet for that model. You bring this to your bike-fit session. While observing you on the fit bike, your biomechanic will write in every tube length, angle, and key measurement that corresponds to your optimal riding position. We then use these precise notes to create your custom geometry, ensuring that the finished frame reflects both Renzo’s design and your biomechanic’s fit prescription.
